Death Valley, California

Death Valley is a national park in the Mojave Desert, in eastern California on the Nevada border (about an equal drive from Los Angeles and San Francisco). It’s home to Badwater Basin salt flats, the lowest elevation in America (86 meters / 282 feet below sea level), as well as sand dunes and rainbow mountains. I always wanted to stay in a tiny house, so we rented this AirBnb just outside the park.

Hi, I'm Koren! I started this blog back in 2012, when I was an unhappy lawyer living in New York City. I needed a creative outlet, and I've always loved writing, photography, and travel. Little did I know, this blog would end up changing my life! Since then, I've moved to California and done a total life and career transformation. After a five-year hiatus, I'm excited to share recent photography here.
